The ASCA Board of Directors follows a Policy Governance model so a number of SCAs have requested information and understanding. A growing set of resources will continue to be made available here. 

Policy Governance Toolkit

Board governance can feel overwhelming, especially when you are part of a small organization. The goal of the Policy Development Toolkit is to make it easier for your board to get its governing policy framework in order. There are three components to the toolkit:
