A virtual event schedule carries different information than an in-person event. Be sure to outline scheduled times, but also contact information (cell phone preferred), whether sessions are live or pre-recorded, who moderators are and their contact information and other relevant details for your show operators/vendors to reference.

Session Moderators

The virtual event delivery must have connection, and to deliver that, moderators help to guide that experience for attendees. Chat moderation, question-and-answer facilitators and more are all important; make sure to include them in all virtual learning experiences to heighten engagement.
