ASCA has contracted with SAX Advisory Group (SAX), a full-service accounting company identified to support SCAs. In a brief summary, ASCA covers the expense of this service and has no direct control or oversight into SCA finances unless the organization requests further support or guidance from ASCA. In such cases where a financial report is requested by ASCA, the treasurer of the organization will approve the request, and SAX will send the report directly to the treasurer. 

SAX does pass on information to ASCA that SCA’s are already required to send (annual budget total and confirmation that the SCA's 990 is filed).  

The service includes assistance with bill and vendor payments and gives you direct access to a snapshot of your finances at any moment.
